Ara IT Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to: website design and development, graphic and visual design, mobile application development, brand identity creation, digital marketing, social media management, video editing and production, and ongoing website maintenance.
All projects begin with a written Proposal that defines the exact scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after the Client has formally approved the Proposal and paid the required advance amount.
Any request that falls outside the agreed Proposal scope is considered "out of scope" and will be quoted separately. The Company reserves the right to decline any out-of-scope requests or charge additional fees for them. Examples of out-of-scope work include:
Where projects require third-party services (domain registration, hosting, stock images, plugins, or software licences), these costs are the Client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the Proposal. The Company will always disclose such costs in advance.
All pricing is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the Proposal.

Invoices unpaid beyond 15 days of the due date may attract a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of services, removal of hosted deliverables, and/or legal action for recovery.
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. GST at the prevailing rate will be charged on all invoices as per Indian law.
We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cheque, or other methods as agreed. All payments must be made to the registered account of Ara IT Solutions. The Company is not liable for payments made to unauthorised accounts.
Timelines are agreed at the outset of each project and are contingent on the Client's timely cooperation. The Company will make every reasonable effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe.
Timely delivery by the Company depends on the Client fulfilling their responsibilities. The following are required from the Client at the stages specified:
Any delay caused by the Client — including late content delivery, delayed feedback, or late payment — will automatically extend the project timeline by an equivalent period. The Company will not be held responsible for missed launch dates caused by Client delays.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the Proposal (typically 2–3 rounds for design, 1–2 rounds for development). Revisions are defined as minor changes to existing approved work. Revisions do not include changes to the fundamental direction, strategy, or scope of work, which will be quoted separately.
Intellectual property ownership is transferred to the Client only upon receipt of full and final payment for the project.
The Client warrants that all content, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided to the Company are owned by or legally licensed to the Client, and that their use does not infringe any third-party rights. The Client indemnifies the Company against any claims arising from Client-provided content.
Where projects incorporate third-party fonts, stock images, icons, or plugins, the Client is responsible for maintaining appropriate licences for continued use. The Company will specify any such assets at project completion.
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information shared during the course of the project as confidential. This includes business strategies, financial information, client data, technical systems, and proprietary content.
Ara IT Solutions will not disclose, sell, or share any confidential Client information with third parties without the Client's explicit written consent, except where:
The Client agrees not to disclose pricing, internal processes, proprietary methods, or any non-public information about Ara IT Solutions' operations that becomes known during the engagement.
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for a period of 3 years following the conclusion of any project or engagement between the parties.
Ara IT Solutions warrants that all services will be delivered with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism consistent with industry standards. We warrant that all deliverables will conform to the agreed Proposal specifications.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We aim for 99% uptime on all managed hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or force majeure events.
Ara IT Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any engagement with Ara IT Solutions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
